SALES TAX
Sales Tax for the State of Florida is 7%. No other states will be charged sales tax.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
I accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or a Money Order.
I ship within 48 business hours once payment has been successfully processed. Orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail, no insurance or tracking included. If you need additional shipping options, please contact me. Items not paid for within 7 days will be returned to stock.

Due to the personal nature of jewelry, I do not accept returns. I hope that you will love your jewelry as much as I do. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 business days. I will make every effort to correct any problems. My goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are available upon request. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. Please feel free to contact me with your special needs. Most items can be re-created in a different size or color but it may not be a duplicate due to variations in beads and/or materials. I can email pictures to you to make sure you are satisfied before an item is shipped. Most items can also be re-sized larger or smaller.
