SALES TAX
Sales Tax for the State of Florida is 7%. No other states will be charged sales tax.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
We accept PayPal and Money Order’s. We ship within 48 business hours once payment has been successfully processed. Orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail, no insurance or tracking included. If you need additional shipping options, please contact us. Items not paid for within 7 days will be cancelled.
If you pay by MONEY ORDERS within the US, please allow 5-7 days for your payment to reach us. Mail Money Orders to:

Due to the personal nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns. We hope that you will love your jewelry as much as we do. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days. We will make every effort to correct any problems. Our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are available upon request. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. Please feel free to contact us with your special needs. Most items can be re-created in a different size or color but it may not be a duplicate due to variations in beads and/or materials. We can email pictures to you to make sure you are satisfied before an item is shipped. Most items can also be re-sized larger or smaller.
